Our fourth band announcement for FREE GIG at The Salty Dog on Saturday 29th November 2025 is CHINESE JUNK
Hailing from the edges of London, Chinese Junk are the self proclaimed ‘Kings of Pound Shop Rock’. They’ve been delivering their low budget, high action brand of fast and trashy garage punk songs since 2020. Influenced by the Ramones and Rip Off Records bands like The Zodiac Killers and Loli and The Chones. They sing short, ultra catchy songs about dead end jobs, dead end towns, taking things back to the pound shop and wanting your head in a plastic bag. They’ve released a few EP’s, a full LP on US label, Big Neck Records and are hot on the heels of their latest release: a split LP with yank garage punk legends, Gino and The Goons and we’ve caught them in the middle of a UK tour!
